help!

Hope you can help me.

Well, I've made a video with photos of ma friends, and now i've
have a problem, it has a file type, that Window Media Player don't know.
I've made the vid in Ulead Video Studio 8.
Now how can I 'transform' this type to a regular type of file, which media player
or youtube accept?

Does anyone knows a program which can do this??
