can somebody please tell me [a convinient] way of taking screen shot....

You can press Print Screen Key in your Keyboard..
after that get paint program
from Start---> All Programs ---> Accessories ---> Paint..

after that you can paste it..
Edit ---> Paste

Or Ctrl + V
