Hi Guys & Girls,
Wish to introduce my self to the community.
My name is annesley and I am quite involved in the music creation
My wife is Christine who is a singer and has been in the scene for the last 30 years initially in Rock & PoP but later in Sinhala.
Even though she has written and sung many songs - she is known for her signature song Marlee- RuwanMarlee which was a song she did for our daughter Marlee.
This song is suppposed to be the most played song in Sri-lanka and is heard in dances, weddings, Calypso bands etc.
We have our own recording Studio with the best equipment in this Asean Region and wish to help anyone in the creation of Music.
We also own an international Record label and Publishing Company run by my son Marlon and this label has had several No i hits in Australia and many APRA and ARIA awards
At the moment we have a hit album in the UK charts by a guy signed to our label by the name of Daniel Merriweather whom we have licenced to "J' record ( Song BMG niche label used by the likes of Shakira,John Mayer, John Legeand etc)
In Australia, we have licenced im to Univerasl and in the Uk to Columbia.
Our new album produced by Mark Ronson ( Had 6 grammy for Amy wine house) is just
out in the UK. Last week it entered at No 21 and this week it has moved up to No 2 and perhaps No 1 soon.
Before the release of the album "LUV & WAR" two singles from the album was realeased and both came to top 10. A song called RED is still in the UK charts at No 5. I believe you guys have heard "Change" "City Rules "Stop me"( mark ronson)
Soon we will realease this album in the US and Australia and we released it first in the Uk as a marketing Strtergy.

Sorry to be bragging but I am too proud to control myself and to be modest.
As soon I get the Ok from Marlon I will send the songs of this album so that you guys can enjoy. I only have a water marked copy yet as Marlon is negotiating publishing deals with the Biggies and should take all efforts to prevent leaks. I am allowed to play this album only in my car and the home stereo without computar connections as playing in computars can be risky because some times unknowingly there may be a cookie that would steal the music.
