same here bro,im also cant remember words.so how do you brush up on your english knowledge?what are the tricks you use to?
I always watch youtube videos and write down new words in a book and try to remember them by heard . it is not working for me

We should use words more in suitable occasions. That way we get used to use the word without delay in appropriate situations. Just knowing the work or remembering it will not work.
For that we should have more conversations in english. I'm a more silent person, so i use English/ Sinhala to make conversations rarely. Even some sinhala words gets stucked when i speak and start saying meh meh meh because i dont remember the correct word for the sentence at correct situations.
Not all words can be memorized or make them come effortless until you get to use them often. You will not remember words you knew way back if you had no chance to use them. A better way to practice this is to watch a lot of films, read English books, new papers etc or a nice way is to teach those who lack the knowledge of English.

in order to use the new words in a conversation some how i have to learn new worlds .my problem is when i do a conversation new words not come to my mind that i have learnt.

Read news papers. There are news paper apps available in google playstore. Install one of it into your phone and read every gossip you want in English rather trying it in Sinhala. Read it loud since you should train your ears to the words and accent. Watch English movies as much as possible.
Well the best way to speak is play online games in European server. You will be force to talk to even with the little knowledge you got
