Read news papers. There are news paper apps available in google playstore. Install one of it into your phone and read every gossip you want in English rather trying it in Sinhala. Read it loud since you should train your ears to the words and accent. Watch English movies as much as possible.

Don't bother much about it. When you read news papers you'd encounter the same word again again.All you have to do is refering an English dictionary. Get the meaning into the mind and build up the meaning of the whole sentence. Don't stick on remembering words since it would waste your time. when you meet the same word again tge meaning would ring a bell to you without refering a dic.

Well, actually I'm worst. Because sometimes I don't even remember the Sinhala words.
So, I had to use the English word to remember the Sinhala word. It just so disappointing.
It's definitely because of the lack of usage.
