Hi I need your help

Do you know how to see the earth using a satellite? I have Google Earth ,but it shows us a map which belongs to year 2003/'04/'05/'06.
But I need to look down the earth. Imagine you are in the road and I'm looking at you while using the Internet.Do you know a system like this ?

And I think you saw that in the film Mission Impossible 2...

Wouldn't we all want a system like that?! Unfortunately things like that are not available on the internet for obvious reasons and c'mon Mission Impossible 2 is just a hollywood movie However here's a site for a satellite tracker. You can't see through the satellites but you can track them.

Money is not enough guys. That'll just get you a Comm Satellite or something but what is being asked for here is a "Spy" satellite. For that you need both money and a high level security clearance in any Government which owns one.
