executing the attrib -s -h -r /s /d [file_name] will change the attributes of all the files (Hidden,System) to unhidden.This is a bad practice.

1.Remove the virus first.(Use a virus guard)
2.Rectify the changes done by the virus in the registry.
3.for extra caution(as malinga said) turn off the autorun
3.1 Type gpedit.msc(log as the admin)
3.2 select Administrative templates>system
3.3 select the turn off autoplay 'Enable' option for all the devices.
