If we take his qualifications, no bachelors degree mentioned. What he has is a Diabetes Reversal PhD, CVS Life Support Instructor (a non-medical person with training can get this) and World’s Most Translated Author??? Obviously not a MBBS doctor or a consultant with MD.
Let's breakdown his points.
1. HIV causes AIDS. HIV, the human immunodeficiency virus causes destruction and/or functional impairment of cells of the immune system, notably CD4+ T cells which later leads to AIDS or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.
2. HIV can enter to your body through any infected body fluid (blood, saliva, vaginal, seman fluids).
3. Luc Montagnier and is team first detected AIDS in humans and later isolated HIV from them. He won the Nobel Price for Physiology or Medicine for this in 2008. No such statement telling HIV does not cause AIDs was never made by him.
4. HIV antibody detection kit detects specific antibodies produced by the body against the HIV (antigen).
5. Kary Mullis is the inventor of PCR technique which is widely used today not only in medicine but biomedical research, criminal forensics, and molecular archaeology. This technique can be used to screen the donated blood supply and to detect very early infections before antibodies have been developed which can be successfully performed just days or weeks after exposure to HIV. But on the other hand he is a known figure in AIDS denialism as well (I will explain this later).
6. Human endogenous retroviruses (HERV) resembles similar genomic organisation to present day exogenous retroviruses (HIV) but are not infectious hence does not cause AIDS at all.
7. Tuberculosis, Diarrehea, Pneumonia (given that it is not due to AIDS itself) cannot give you a positive HIV antibody test result. But there can be false positives like any other test.
8. AIDS drugs or Antiretrovirals include three main types of drugs. In combination they restrict replication of HIV within our cells. They do not cause AIDS.
