HNB international debit card help needed!

Friends. i have got my HNB international debit card and few days ago and got it activated. But still i did not able to attach it to alertpay. It says i have inserted wrong CVV. But what i did was correct. What should i do now? ..
Please help me

Did u enter it correctly?

CVV can be found on the back side of your card (Last 3 digits)

yes it was correct. but i just got it activated few days ago. may this can be a reason? i heard that for online transactions it will take some time.

That is a temporary activation. It deactivates after few days. SO if u wanna reuse it then u have to activate it again. Phone card center.
