Ingredients:
Chicken (with skin) 6 pcs
Salt 2 tsp
Pepper 2 tsp
Paprika 2 tsp
What Flour 200g
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Method:
Add salt, pepper and paprika to chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
Mix flour with pepper, salt, paprika and garlic powder.
Egg wash the marinated chicken and cover the chicken piece with flour.
Double dip with egg wash and cover it with flour again to get a real crunchy crust.
Heat oil and fry both sides for 10-15 minutes
