If you are still really into above 2 you mentioned, I'd go for CRV..
2021 di math research kala Mazda CX5 Vs Toyota Rav4 Cruiser Hybrid (Ausi versions).
then realized that Rav4 is way better than CX5 in every aspect.

PS: BTW, I have not researched CRV.. if it's 2.0 non-turbo, then useless. Try Rav4 2.4 (hybrid, AWD, sunroof and leather seat Canada version) then.

Rev 4s are impossible to buy now machan . Waiting period is more than 1 year and you have to pay like 15000 above msrp. Cx-5 is argueably good car with better handling . I am looking at CX -30 or HRV . Budget versions of CX-5 and CRV
