Because I had a 10 hour layover in Hongkong and wanted to go out of the air port.I think I paid around $30 for visa. As per the HK immigration website, if you hold a SL passport, you need a transit visa even to remain in the air side. But generally if you are flying Cathy Pacific, they don't check this strictly.</blockquote>
