Many users have been frustrated by the recent blockage of remote uploads from HotFile. In this tutorial, I will explain how to circumnavigate this issue and remote upload a file with a simple click of a button. 1. Find the file in the File Manager you would like to upload.
2. Click the Switch link to the right of the file. You will see the No turn to Yes.
3. Click the checkbox to the left of the page to select the file and copy the link at the bottom of the File Manager. Do not modify the links in any way
5. Click add/submit to start uploading your chosen file.
That's it! Keep in mind that remotely uploading files like this uses your HotFile HotLink Bandwidth. I believe you receive 1.2 Terabytes of bandwidth per Premium account. You can view the bandwidth you've used by hovering-over or clicking on the Stats link at the top of the HF page (image below).
