    02. Foundation eka kapala badinna, gal cube ekakata 7500.00 (Api kapala dunnoth 6500.00)

    03. Block galak badinna 35.00

    04. Linton 1 feet - 70

    Mama me rates gatte last week .... matanam penne wadie wage....

    Colums walata ehema rates gaththe nedda machan. Base wala 11feet danawada bn?

    Column 250 per dik adi
    concrete for floor 35 sqft (Not for slab)
    Complete the bathroom 35000-45000 depend on the bathroom size
    lintol 120 per dik adi
    uluvahu fixing per uluvahu 2000
    Paint poti with two paint coat 25 per SQft
    Paint without poti 15 per sqft

    Those prices are i have taken 2 months ago this price was little bit high but based on these prices you can get some ideas

    skerting 30 for dik adi
    Pantry slab with complete the Pantry 25000
    actually my Ground floor has 1200 sqft i expense 37 lakh
    and my first floor construction now ongoing it has 1400 sqft including finish asbestos roof i will be expense nearly43 lakh this is for your information only
