speedtest.net sometimes showing like that, for me also happened several times , my connection is 2mbps but some times showing more than 16mbps

use download manager or google chrome, then download some files and check the real stable speed

LoL. the server is at SLT! So I wont get too excited even if I get 1TBps with that
