How do I screen capture a picture of a video under mac ？？？

Some days ago I got a video from google. and I want to get a screen capture from the video . But when I try to do a "print screen" , it doesn't work. and the image goes to a black screen.

I just don't know why, or is there any other ways to do this under mac OS X ?

There are not so many screen capture tool for Mac right now. I used to use capture me software on my mac. Well, it can't capture freehand region. I just download trial version of Onde screenshot capture for Mac at http://www.ondesoft.com/screencapture/index.html. You can download and have a try. By the way, this screen grabbing program can capture circular or square region very easily.
