if you can't use ADSL and you need to increase speed of dialup connection only way is to purchase another modem and buy another line and use both at the same time to increase speed

no way...
dialup MIR is 52000-56000 bps. You cant go beyond this.

To speed up you can cancel background processes of auto updates of the softwares (XP auto updates, browser updates, adobe....etc etc etc..)
Thats the only way. But this is not speeding up. Its removing unwanted stufff..
