May be , but the problem im having is that most of them trying to buy " 256 mb VGA , 512 mb VGA " without knowing anything about their performance .

who cares about the brand if its durable and if its performing well thats wat matters.
assasins creed work damn well in my vga. i played it with highest resolution, with all high details. worked well, u shld hav atleast dual core processor with 1gb ram to play it well..
they have recomended core 2 duo but its working well in dualcore also.

Don't be lame. If you set max settings, you can't play at 25+ fps even on a stock 8800GT!
When I set VERY HIGH in DX10 (Vista), I get a mere 15fps at 1280x1024 with my 9600GT. If you want 30fps, you need a 8800GTX at the minimum. End of story!
