How mobitel and dialog count 1000 mints

now dialog offers free 1000 minits. if i have out going free group package that free calls i take inside group also reduce that 1000 min da. wat for mobitel same da. then both packages are not attractive for group or family couple package holders. clarify pls

Notes *
• A Unit is equal to 1 second in the bill.
• First 60,000 units (1000 minutes) of outgoing D2D local voice calls will be free of charge.
• This includes call units of SUG, MY10, Primary/Supplementary, Toll free numbers and fixed rate calls
• Bonus free minutes will not be applicable for Short codes (Eg: 225/555/777/444/387 ect)
• Unutilized usage cannot be carried forward to the next month.
• There will be no change in special rates offered to calls within the group for existing customers.
• Customers who have activated lifetime discount feature would continue to enjoy same under
above package after the free minutes,
• If a customer registers in the middle of a bill cycle then the number of minutes (units) will be prorated.
But if the customer gets PD after some time and get back to the network few months (weeks, days)
later then for that bill cycle the prorating would not take place and the customer gets the full minutes (units).
• An individual customer activates this service and later joined a corporate group, that customer
will still continue this benefit.
• If a corporate customer activates this service and later on becomes an individual customer then
the customer will still continue to get the benefit.
