there are plenty of way to access restricted web sited depending on the restriction method.

1. try with the IP address of the website u wanna access. go to command prompt and type ping www.youtube.com the IP address of the web site will be appear. type the IP address in the URL. ex : http://202.202.202.202 . if the site restricted by hard coding the url, u'll be able to access it.

2. try some proxy bypass sites. ex: http://www.kproxy.com . u can find plenty of proxy bypass sites by just search on google.

there are some other ways also, but these 2 methods working properly.
