Windows 7 offers you theme according to the Region you select during the installation. Some other regional themes will be hidden from you by windows. But you can access them and you can make them as your theme.
1. Open the Start menu and enter ”C:\Windows\Globalization\MCT”. Open the folder displayed in the name MCT.
2. Now you can see some regional themes hidden from you.
3. Open the folder that you want set as theme and goto the folder named “Theme” inside it. There will be a file open it. The new theme will be installed.
