How to add subtitle to movie

I download subtitles 4rm This site-http://www.divx-titlovi.com/
Then I use Nero Showtime 2 watch them.
U only need 2 select external subtitles on & select da subtitles u downloaded.

you can do it with Windows Movie maker

open Windows Movie Maker

then Import the video to it

there will be a time bar for the leangth of the movie

then select the point of time you want to add subtitles in the time bar

then click on Make Titles or credits link under edit movie

then selct "title on the selected clip"

then you can tipe what you want

under that there is another link "Change the title animation"

there is an option called "Subtitles", select it.
