1) Go for a Blackcolored BMW M3, 5 series or a Land Cruiser Prado TRJ-180 version
2) Find a Garage plate or a Eng/Chassis plate. EX: (WPC- 2012/2013).If your vehicle is directly imported from UK it will come with a UK plate. Continue to use it. Do not remove it.
3) Tint all side & rear glasses, Tint 1/8 part of the front windshield.
4) Fix a flagpole at the front fender preferably with a Sri Lankan flag
5) Color photo of a Sri Lankan State Emblem should be laminated & attached from inside to the bottom-left of the windshield right above the dashboard.
6) Find a famous Sports/Charity club sticker & stick it below the Revenue License on inside windshield.
It will give an impression to anyone that you are a well-known character in the higher society level.
7) Attach a VIP badge on the left windshield. Find a OFFICIAL PASS badge with a strap & hang it on the front mirror hook to make it visible to the viewers to make them think that you an organizer or an invitee of the event . This is will be very helpful for you to get easy access to any functional event, with minimum or without a passes checking time.
8) Front seater including the driver should be dressed with Full suit if not white tops with sunnies just as secret service agents, they should look straight when driving & also at color light stops.
9) Head lights or Warning Lights should be switched on when driving.
10) Use a siren if/when required to avoid traffics

11) You will surely need to have a picture of our Dear Mr. President. His loving face is the universal pass to anywhere in Sri Lanka. Attach it near the State emblem from inside to the bottom-left of the windshield right above the dashboard.

ඔගොල්ලො කැමති නම් මෙවා කරන්න. හැබයි ට්රැෆික් වල, කලර් ලයිට්ස් ලඟ අහුවෙලා චාටර් වෙන්න එපා..මොකද දැන් මේ මොන දේ කරත් සුදු ඉරි අයියලා අල්ලනවා..මේ ත්රෙඩ් එක බලලා අපේ රටේ සමහර පොශ් වෙන්න දගලන අය්යලාගෙ මානසිකත්වය ගැන අදහසක් ගන්න තියෙනවා නම් ගන්න..
