Those things are popular misconceptions. Hollywood needs something with special effects so that people open their eyes and mouth to watch. So they mix all the supernatual stuff. Real Witchcraft is not like that!

I haven't said that anyone is born with magical powers specifically. Everyone is born magical. A Childbirth is a Magic, the pleasure of sex is a magic! How the trees grow and how the world goes on, Seasons change, the whole thing is magic. Yet it is natural. What we have to do is to control few factors to make a change. Because everything is connected to everything else...

Meditation is used to develop the mind. But the techniques...
One technique is Focus -> Visualization -> Energy manipulation...
