How to copy MS Outlook Inbox & Outbox mails

Guys i want to know how to copy mails in Inbox & Outbox of MS Outllok.
lets say i have 100 mails in my outllok inbox. i want to copy (actually i want to backup) those mails to my pen drive. so how can i do it

I think it is better to copy the whole Outlook PST file.
