How to delete Windows 98 ? HELLPP

Okey Once again, need help about pc's!

We have an old pc, and it has windows 98 on it.
We got a Windows XP cd, i want to install windows XP
on that pc!

But the thing is, I don't know how to delete the Windows 98 on the pc!!!!!!!!

Does anyone knows about this??! Need help!

oata Xp gahanawanam at lees 64 MB ram thiyenda one. habai 64 Mb wala XP Load wenna dawasa withara yanawa. 128 MB ram thiyanawanam hodai .
habai mama P1 -166Mhz eakatath XP gahala thiyanawa..
