Lanka bell sucks. What I did is to get back to SLT ADSL ,Dialog 4G and SLT 4G to combine these three with load-balancing router of TPLink in ebay or amazon. Dialog 4G is much faster than SLT but 5 gb less than SLT. You can get 85Gb per day and 85 gb per night. That is more than enough per month plus SLT and Dialog have different billing cycle. That is extremely very good for downloads. Make sure you disable dhcp in wifi router and enable dhcp from tplink.
you should get 1490Rs 30gb day 30gb night two packages from SLT one ADSL and one 4G and 1400Rs 25Gb day and 25gb night package from Dialog. Total is coming about 4380Rs without tax. Plus you are combining 16mb adsl,8mb SLT 4G ,40mb Dialog 4G the total link speed is about 64mb line near to SLT fiber line speed but you cannot get Fiber every where. Who can say you are getting 64mb line with 170gb total download for 4380Rs without tax.
