Option
1)Partition if you are using Harddisk.Make sure install windows in First Partition excluding Faster writes occur in First Partition. Make sure the size of the partition is 60 GB. So as to make sure page files is in it too. Then size other partition to a maximum of 180GB to give optimal Read write access speed.
If you have spare pen/flash Usb drive plug it into back side of PC. Open My Computer right click on the drive , go to properties, go to Ready boost tab, make it dedicated and use the entire drive. This will increase your computer speed.If you have usb 3 pen it is much faster than usb 2 pen.
Defragment your hardisk with good defragmenter .

2)If you have at least a 40gb SSD use it as windows partition and page file should be on this disk. You do not need ready boost. SSD with PCI express built in is much faster than SATA SSD.
