how to make this flash movie??

can n e one tell me how to make a flash movie lyk in da scenario below??

it shud be like a horizontal scrolling thing that can also be contrlled using the mouse to move left and right. the items scrolling should be some pics. wen a pic is clicked da scrolling shud stop and a small pop up thing should come up and show the pic in one corner and also a big description is to be shown on the right side of it!

this is a bit urgent. can n e one tell me how to do this.

this is an example of wat i want. but this is done wit javascript. i tried using this but i have a lot of images and wen i reach 28 it desnt work. da poping up desnt work.
