How to pair a bluetooth devices?

I am having a nokia n95 and for that I purchased a wireless headset, bluetooth device Iqua BHS 333, When the headset is on and i tried to pair with bluetooth on with my mobile it is not recognising the headset. How to overcome this problem?

press and hold da power button for 10 sec on your bt device till u see blue and red blinking (pairing mode)

then serch the bt device on your phn
