How to port HTC thunderbird Skype video calls to Android 2.1 phone? prog pls hlp?

I need to know how to port android video skype calls with htc thunderbird to android 2.1 zte joe or vodaphone 945. Any android programmers pls help. apk files are basicly zip files . can some copy and pasting ,can do the trick. Pls help.
