How to publish my blog in google, yahoo???

Blogspot eke blog ekak yahoo, google search list walata ahu karaganne kohomada??
Already i have used google webmaster tools to add that. But it does not show in search results.

blog post owned to google so it must show in google any way when u making a blog in wordpress they ask whether u can to add u r blog on search engines o not..
