I was having this problem too.
But manage to lose 7kg in 5 weeks.
Stoo eating breakfast or delay as much as you can. I eat only 2 meals a day and Im not hungry at all. Secret is add lots of protine. For the first meal add 150 -170 g of chicken and 1 egg + rice with other curries. For desert 200 - 350 g of guava.
Do same for the 2nd meal. You will be full af.
Then go to a gym and do heavy sets. In my gym there are pussies who do like 25 reps with some pussy weights. Do be like that. Do 8 -12 reps to failure.
