How to SVCD Splitter for Mac OS X？

hey all , I am wondering if there is a software that does that. I was going to upload a video onto Youtube but it was too long. Is there a software that cuts the SVCD files into 2 SVCD files and it also converter RMV files under mac OS Ｘ? Please give me some advice ,tks .

I am using this Mac video cutter purchased at maccutter.com/svcdcutter_mac.html. It is kind of professional. Well, it is shareware. If you want to use some free on, you can google it.
