How to transfer money to a bank account using a credit card?

I want to send money to a bank account using my credit card.
I have a standard charted credit card and want to use that card to pay a Sampath bank account. How do i do it?

I heard there are e-wallet apps that can do it, so far i tried iPay app but it doesnt let you send money to a bank using a credit card. Are there any other apps or methods?
