Is there any software witch can do this 100% corectly.

You have to install a monitoring software, like the one given in the post #13. But you have to install it before everything else. Otherwise it can't monitor a setup ne

Not really necessary It thoroughly analyses all the applications installed in the system and keeps a track of all the linked areas at the initial start of the program.

So when you hit uninstall it lets the windows do the usual uninstalling proces and then it takes over to clear the rest of the linked areas.
