i dont know how it works in sri lanka. but in the uk, the only was you can get it unlocked is by purchasing the unlock code from your network service provider... costs about £15. (might vary depending on the network)
i dont think those mobile unlocking places in sri lanka will be able to unlock it... no point in visiting unlocking websites as well cause the n series phones can not be unlocked that way...

for which network is it locked for? and from which country did u get it from? i suggest you ring up that network and ask for details...

N series can be unlocked by getting in touch with the network that the phone is locked for. they will then give you the unique unlocking code for a small fee. (not a very small fee if u convert it to sri lanka rupees though lol..)
for example my friend got N70 unlocked from vodafone for £30 or so.
