How To Unlock USB modem

Hi guys, i bought a USB modem from a reputed mobile telecom company in saudi arabia. Brand name of the modem is Huawei that works only with their SIM card. now i need to un-lock it use it with any 3G network operators around the world. Can someone let me know of a software to do this. Thanks alot guys in advance
