How to use two Internet Connections at the same PC?

I have a cable modem at home. I want to connect my laptop to my cable modem through my ethernet cable. But that's not fast enough. So I'd also like to connect my wireless adapter and use my neighbor's internet connection to speed up my web surfing. That way, two 1MPS connections become one 2MPS connection! Is there some software I can download that will allow me to do this?

As per my knowledge, you can do this only by running a another operating system virtually. then you can use your hosted os for browsing only and virtual operating system for downloading etc.

But there are no way to use these two lines as per one line. like 1M + 1M = 2M (single line)
