Basically you need a satellite receiver with MPEG4,But 4K UHD cost more than HD Free Sat receivers. All you have to do to watch paid channels go to ccam in the freesat receiver point to the website that has the keys. It does not use internet bandwidth more than kodi. You can watch paid channel from any satellite including dishtv, videocon,airtel etc. without paying anything.
You will need a satellite receivers with Autoroll, WIFI, MPEG 4, HVEC, DVB-S2,HD/4kUHD supporting receiver.If the receiver has lnb loop you can add more receivers to the line. if it has 2 tuners you can add two dish or lnb.
The lnb comes in KU band and C band. Pakistani channels need C and Ku band combined to watch where as DDish free and all others need kuband. if you buy lnb with 2 feeds you can watch without loss of quality if you have receivers. there are 2 feeds or 4 feeds etc in lnb.
IF you have 6ft dish you can fix multiple lnb in a non standard manner. but you have to add DiSEqCswitch or multi switch to add multiple lnb
You can find from http://www.lyngsat-maps.com/ to find which satellite covers Sri Lanka. In google search type lyngsat and the name of the satellite.
