You can use HSBC credit card to buy goods from any shop which are value of more than 25,000/= (as I remember) And then call to card center to go for an installment plan up to 24 months with a finance charge (Usually it's 0.9% per month) . This is valid all across the year. Not just seasonal.

PABC Credit Card and NDB Credit Cards give this for up to 36 months....
