not sure abt DPL.. but as i know there are processes from US to Uk to Australia. so it is around the clock. normally standard times are 3pm 5pm & 7pm. but most of the late night processes were migrated to Phillipines & Singapore so maybe the very late shifts are not there anymore. but DPL keeps you rotating & there is a daylight saving time adjustment.. so be ready for all that crap.
btw.. which process u referring to?

i donno much abt DPL i used to work for the local bank for sometime. but as i know initially you cannot chose the process.. you will be allocated to one based on your scores & skills. there are process bands which is based on the complexity/voice involvement/analytics/customer interaction/basis of money involvement ..etc. so higher the band higher the pay & higher the fringe benefits also higher the pressure & harder the job. but i think later u can move to a different business area but not sure abt any of it. give it a try.,
