I have been using the airtel Data plan(Impatience plan) for the last year or so. Since last month i have been having bad network connectivity .i.e. low speed worse than dial up(Just to give you how slow it is - My hotmail mail messages dosent even load fully) My signal Strength is 99% .. I regularly upload data files to my FTP server (Work)and due to this bad internet i have been deriving losses.
I made a complain on last month and still my issue have not been solved.. I have not passes my fair user policy rules and still im experiencing bad bandwidth..
I am goin to file a complain with the TRC and file a suit for damages and losses i had to endure due to this issue.
I have been told that all the impatience plans are experiencing this same issue. If you are not experiencing it down the road you will fall into this category..
If anyone having the same issue and want to file a law suit against airtel just know maybe on this thread.. i am rele pisses off because they are not giving a solution just trying to avoid it. They acknowledged that there is a bandwidth issue with the impatience plan but they don't care what the customers go thru in losses.
Now guys plz dont tell that i should have bought a plan from mobitel or dialog,or etisalat this has nothing to do with them..Im sure all those networks are good ..It could be any network..if there is a issue on the network providers side and the problem not solved promptly i think its only fair that we should be compensated.(or maybe im crazy ..lol

There are laws in place that ensures that the promised bandwidth has to be met my the network providers.. Please know your rights.. IF this was the USA there will be hundreds of law suits against airtel
If anyone of you are experiencing the same issue please don't give up .. Please know ur rights..They have to provide you with a alternative plan with the promised speed or pay for you losses..
