I don't know about Hinduism.

But in Buddhist they say something about rebirth. (I'm not a buddhist)

So according to them, the spirit will travel in the air until a matching body is found. Then the spirit will enter that body.

What I think is, that is the astral body.

But in my religion we don't beleive in rebirth. We say when a person is dead, he or she will go to heaven or to hell according to the good and bad we do.

Buddhists say it's their karma which will decide the rebirth in a good place or a bad place.

When we talk about Christianity and Buddhism in common, I personally beleive it's the same thing.

If you are a good person you will not born again (Nirvanaya.) that means you'll go to heaven. But if you do bad, then you will go to hell, or will born in this world again (which is a hell)


About the Army soldiers... Yes they kill people which is a sin. But the people who die for their country or for their family or for a loved one, will go to heaven. That's why buddhists say "Nivan suwa pathamu" for a person when they die while we say "Rest in Peace."

TRUTH is nobody knows what happens after death!

As in Buddhism, there's no law only for war hero's.. truth is if you kill someone knowingly (needs to full fill 5 steps in order to do so) your karma will be bad..

And also if you save someone from death your Karma will be good!

Lets see it this way....

1 Suicide Bomber can easily kill 20 people ( or more than one)

so

1 Suicide Bomber = 20 Innocent Lives

if 1 Army Soldier Kills 1 Suicide Bomber, he is indirectly saving 20 innocent lives!

So even though he is guilty of talking someone's life, on the otherhand he saved 20.. so his Karma will be adjusted accordingly!!
