Like I said Buddhism doesn't have any laws for WAR heroes only!

Be it war heroes, enemies, presidents, ministers, civilians..... they are all humans right? So Buddhism address for all humans! as in.. human do bad things or good things will suffer the consequences accordingly!

WAR heroes does both, they may kill another human.. yes! that's bad according to Buddhism! But in doing so he also saves many other lives!

The previous example I gave was not a technical explanation that's how it can be portrayed!!

Thus.. the FACT remains

Taking someones life is a SIN
Saving someones life is a CREDIT

This is the root theory!! Apply to all human beings!

thanks buddy for that..but i thought u already told that..

i no all human beings but when it comes to religion or philosophy they do address aspact of life, they give solutions to specific situations cos thats what human beings are they come into situations that they need guidance.

and this is not something simple, a person going forward to give his life...so i guess he should know what he's philosophy tells about it. encourages or discorages..what effect wil it make in accomplishing what the philosophy want him to..

maybe someone who knows about wat budda told regarding this.his period had wars..

Buddhism applies to all the humans... but they should be intelligent enough to grsp it.. otherwse no use of explaining anythng to them...

When it comes to soldiers ur problem comes bcz they kill people rte?
well... soldiers do not commit any serious sin.(like ananthariya papa karma) but they do commit sins... like anguli maala... but most probably their intentions r pure... they wnt to save many lives via sacrificng few..

But theres this issue in our religion(Buddhism) that the place and the manner of rebirth is decided mostly by the thoughts of a person at the time he was dying..
like Janaka karma...
Upa gathaka karma... and so on....

so if a soldier or even a monk has a bad thought at the time he was dying he surely be born in a bad place... or even can end up by becomng an animal...

But if a soldier as able to gain a good thought at the time of his death...
He surely will be born in a good place....

And im sure allmost all the soldiers who are fighting for us at this very moment have pure hopes of their motherland...
otherwise they also shud have been doing smethng else lke u and me...

So after they physically die... i thnk mst f them becmes Jathiyee mura devathavoo...

and continue their great effort!!!!!!!

Listen! you are asking what you do not know! Am I correct? So how do you can argue its not correct? Then I assume you already know the answer.. if so why ask?

What you want us say? "Oh! Sorry Buddhism doesn't cover all this, I'm sorry" is that the answer you need? I think you are upto something else here!!

Well.... people cannot give answer of what makes YOU happy, IF ITS NOT THE ANSWER!!!

Lord Buddha doesn't take apart how to commit SIN as in many different industries!!

That's an impossible thing to do!! then you'd ask next "What happens if a Software Engineer kills someone or Doctor kills someone"

What I previously told you is not my answer... this is what Buddhism says!! ACCORDANCE WITH ITS PHILOSOPHY

There are 5 things taken into account if a human kills any living thing...... I MEAN ANY HUMAN KILLING ANY LIVING THING!

1. Victim should be alive
2. You should know its alive
3. You have a plan to kill
4. You execute the plan
5. You kill

complete the 5 thing you are officially guilty according to Buddhism!! BE IT A DOCTOR / LAWYER / DENTIST / PROGRAMMER / ENGINEER or EVEN SOLDIER!!

FOR ALL HUMANS!!! UNDERSTAND??? there's no SPECIAL RULES FOR ARMY PERSONAL ONLY!!! THEY FALL INTO HUMAN CATEGORY TOO!!

THAT'S THE PHILOSOPHY!!
