I need a Firewall solution

I badly need a firewall solution.

If you have a router, then you already have a hardware firewall. With a router even the built-in Windows firewall is good enough.
If you are using a modem or want more control over your network connections then use a dedicated firewall solution like ZoneAlarm, Outpost OR a security suit (virus guard+firewall) like ESET NOD32 or Kaspersky

but im having a problem.
My IP is blacklisted & its saying im spamming.
Thats why i need that
