I need a New PC-Help

Ok Guys, the Title says all..

I'm gonna build a new rig.. My good old(3 year+ ) P4 2.4B is almost worn out
So planning to buy the new rig withing next month(Probably after finishing my exam)

Budget is around 40~50
What i dunt wanna buy- HDD,Opticals,Display,Sounds,UPS..

Not planning to buy an AMD even though I'm an AMD fanboy
and since the budget seems not enough for a VGA,propose me an overclocking friendly mobo with built in graphics(Hoping to replace with a discrete VGA later)
or if u can suggest a rig with a discrete VGA it's fine(within the Budget )

I dont think its a good idea to buy the "ASUS P5W DH" :S . Its an old MOBO.
