I need .DAT files to .XLS(Microsoft access) Converter software

.DAT can be a lot of formats. VCDs has the .DAT extension among other things.
Also .XLS is not microsoft access. Its microsoft excel.
Maybe you need to explain better as to exactly what you want to convert into ?
