im writing some report about ADSL. i want to know the criteria required for the successful implementation of the technology.

the basic requirements such as hardware and software skills and cost.

NIC Card (Network Card)
Network Cable - RJ45 (For the Router)

Other than the driver of the of the router/modem, you need not to have special software. If you don't know technical know-how, ask the SLT people to come and fix it for you. they will charge you for that.
