I spoke to them today machan and here's what they said. Obviously I believe them because BB.com is highly trusted site that does over 100,000 sales every month. It's our bloody custom buggas who are causing the delay. I really wish there were some sort of way I can speed up the process.
Do you have any idea what happens after it clears from customs, machan?

We did ship the order on 8/01 via the super saver shipping method, which takes 8-20 business days to reach your local Customs agency. Once the package arrives in Customs it undergoes routine inspection and unfortunately there can be some delays within Customs.

Me: Changing status to "Delivered" isn't a part of step-by-step tracking.

It's not the DHL of Sri Lanka that will bring it right because the other day I called them and they asked for my tracking number and as soon I gave it to them, they were like "sorry sir but we know nothing about this package and that it won't be coming through us".
